Clare brings over 25 years of experience in the early years sector to her role as Founder and Lead Consultant at Atelier Consultancy. Her career spans work across local authority services, training and development, higher and further education, and leading nationally recognised early years provision. As the visionary behind Atelier Nursery – two consistently Ofsted Outstanding settings – Clare has a deep understanding of what it takes to build exceptional environments for children, families, and educators.

With a background in economics and finance, and a successful career as Managing Director in a large company, Simon brings a wealth of strategic and operational expertise to the Atelier Consultancy team. His experience spans business growth, leadership, and systems development

Lauren uses research and internationally renowned best practice to inform and develop provision and practice in the UK. Alongside the senior team at Atelier, she aims to weave the principles of both the Reggio Emilia and Froebelian approach into everyday practice, providing educators with a rich knowledge of theory that can be transferred to practice.
