On-Site Consultancy
The first stage of a consultation visit is getting to know you. Clare, our Lead Consultant, will spend time gathering information from you to find out how you want to develop your practice before she visits your setting or school.
Clare will then spend a minimum of two days in your setting, observing practice, meeting team members and truly getting to know your setting, before giving practical advice on the next steps you can take in developing a specific practice area.

Opportunity to develop staff training

The suggested actions can then either move forward into a bespoke consultancy package, written specifically for your setting and team, be embedded and supported through staff training opportunities or simply referred to as a reflective tool in support of your quality improvement.

After a consultation visit, you may find it useful to book a mentoring call with Clare or a member of the consultancy team. These calls help you to stay on track with the planned developments you are undertaking. They give opportunity for you to explore your progress and own thinking in a safe and supportive way.
