These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Atelier Consultancy (“we,” “us,” “our”) to clients and users (“you,” “your”). By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Atelier Consultancy is a UK-based early years consultancy service offering training, support, and professional development for early years providers, leaders, and educators.

2. Services Provided

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Online courses and training

  • In-person workshops and consultancy

  • Bespoke support packages for settings and organisations

  • Speaking engagements and events

  • Written resources and publications

Details of each service, including pricing and duration, are outlined on our website or in a written proposal.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All services must be booked via our website or in writing.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment via secure online methods and BACS transfer.

  • Invoices for bespoke services must be paid within 7 days of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may incur an interest charge in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

 4. Cancellation and Refunds

Online Courses:

  • Once purchased, access to online courses is immediate. Refunds are not available unless the course is proven to be faulty or inaccessible due to a technical error on our part. Online courses will be available for 30 days.

Consultancy Services & Bespoke Training:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session; a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, content, and consultancy tools are the intellectual property of Atelier Consultancy and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without our written permission.

  • Purchase of a course or consultancy service grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal or organisational use only.

6. Confidentiality

  • We respect the confidentiality of all client communications and will not share personal or organisational information without explicit consent, unless required by law.

  • We ask that clients also respect the confidentiality of any shared resources or case studies, especially where real-life examples are used.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure high-quality, accurate content, Atelier Consultancy does not accept liability for any actions taken based on our advice or training.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

  • Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant service.

 8. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information when booking or working with us.

  • You agree to engage respectfully and professionally with all representatives of Atelier Consultancy.

  • For group or onsite training, you agree to provide a safe and appropriate space for the session and any necessary access or resources.

9. Use of Website and Online Services

  • Our website and online platform may not be used for unlawful purposes or in a way that may damage our reputation.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if misuse is detected.

10. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
