In our Atelier settings, documentation is more than assessment-it is a form of democratic practice. It’s how we listen to children, reflect with colleagues, and share learning journeys with families. Within this podcast we discuss how through photographs, learning stories, transcripts, and displays, we make children’s thinking visible and invite others into a shared understanding of their experiences.
