In this special end-of-series episode, we pause to reflect on an incredible year of growth at Atelier - from launching our consultancy and podcast to embarking on Reggio study tours, receiving professional awards, celebrating outstanding OFSTED inspections, and embracing the joy of everyday nursery life. Joined by our full leadership team, we revisit the moments that moved, challenged and inspired us, from team CPD and enrichment days to the research and training that have shaped our pedagogy in 2025. We hope our reflections encourage fellow educators and leaders to take stock of their own achievements this year, big or small.
