Creating and Enabling Environments – Training with Atelier Consultancy

Not all training has to happen in a classroom. Recently, our team at Atelier Consultancy led a unique Professional Development Day at Burford Garden Company,  a setting chosen with intention.

From the moment participants stepped inside, they were immersed in an environment that was calm, purposeful, and inspiring. Every detail told a story:

This wasn’t just about aesthetics. It was an opportunity for participants to pause, reflect, and consider how the same principles could transform the nursery environment. By noticing how space speaks to us – how it welcomes, soothes, or inspires.  Practitioners began to reimagine how their own environments could better support children, families, and staff.
